Online data security it is a question of registration and using information, for which our members can expect appropriate security. As it follows from the definition, when we speak about data security we mean the information that we use by entering of registration and using data, that are assigned to a definite person or corporations, for example member name, address or telephone number, e-mail and also information about online activity that is immediate assigned to a user.
The collecting of registration and using information is routine practice for enterprises, authorities or organizations and is often unavoidable if they are to pursue their business or services.
Key2Trade only submits information on part numbers to chosen third persons for the purpose of advertising Key2Trade services and attracting more visitors to the Key2Trade website, which brings more benefits to all listed members. The member recognises and agrees that part numbers are not data file information until they are connected with quantity, description and names of suppliers or other file information.
Key2Trade makes an effort to protect all collected registration and using information against unauthorized access. |

Key2Trade will not sell any registration or using information that originates from the registration or using of Key2Trade online services or submit to the third party, except the cases of subpoena, warrant or other appeals, or in case when one of our users misuses our website; or in that extent which is needed for realization of Key2Trade services, at the same time the third party agrees to use the registration and using information in accordance with these Data Security Policy. Some registration and using information can be submitted to the other member in connection with the normal functioning of Key2Trade system to send an e-mail for the price inquiry.
When Key2Trade put the name of third persons with realization of services, Key2Trade will induce such third parties to use the registration and using information in accordance with Data Security Policy.
But we can not provide that your registration and using information will be never submitted. Authorities’ liabilities can do necessary such submission of information that goes into using of Key2Trade online services. This concerns the names and addresses of user too and without written agreement of the member. The exceptions are law orders, warrants and other appeals or incidents of misuse of our website by members. |

Key2Trade uses this information first of all in anonymous form. Key2Trade can gather and use the registration and using information for different purposes, including (but not only) for summing-up, preparing or changing of services, precautions and solving of problems with our services, or to inform you about products or services. It means that Key2Trade can use your registration and using information together with the information from other sources to bring into market new services which can serve to your interests. Key2Trade will never hand over your registration and using information to the third persons who would like to offer you their products. |
